Dance Reflections by Van Cleef & Arpels is presenting If it were love (Si c’était de l’amour), a film by Patric Chiha with choreography by Gisèle Vienne. This screening is presented in collaboration with the Royal Opera House as part of the first Dance Reflections by Van Cleef & Arpels Festival in London.
Fifteen young dancers of different origins and backgrounds are on tour with Crowd, Gisèle Vienne’s epic dance piece exploring the 1990’s rave scene. From theatre to theatre, the work mutates into strange, intimate relationships. Is the stage contaminating real life – or the opposite? A disturbing journey exploring our nights, our parties, our loves.
The film programme of the Dance Reflections by Van Cleef & Arpels Festival is co-produced in collaboration with the CN D - centre national de la danse.
