"For a second year, la Ménagerie de verre is hosting the Immersion project in Paris. This year, the initiative, designed to support young creators and future choreographers, features three artists: Mai-Juli Machado, Judit Waetershoot and Lucas Resende. All three have engaged in solo work that reflects this new generation of artists. Presenting Immersion as part of Les Inaccoutumés at la Ménagerie de verre is a way for them to enter a historic venue for modern dance, a place that stands apart in the Paris art world for its reputation of promoting emerging talent and taking the risk of showcasing artists who are in the midst of their creative exploration."
