Trisha Brown: In Plain Site honours the spirit of Trisha Brown’s early choreography, which unfolded not on traditional stages but in lofts, galleries, rooftops and city streets. This site-specific programme continues that legacy, disentangling her dances from the constraints of the stage and resituating them in dynamic relationship to their surroundings. In collaboration with presenters, the company reimagines selections from the repertory in dialogue with natural and built environments, museum spaces and public sites. Trisha Brown: In Plain Site amplifies Brown’s enduring commitment to accessibility, experimentation and the radical potential of movement in context.
