In 2027, Dance Reflections by Van Cleef & Arpels™ is organizing, in collaboration with the Sydney Festival, the workshop Practice of Possibilities taught by Stefanie Noll dancer from the Ballet du Grand Théâtre de Genève as part of the Dance Reflections by Van Cleef & Arpels™ Festival in Sydney.
The class starts with somatic awakening and awareness. Awakening the senses, the sensations, the body and mind, to tap into our fullest expressions. It progresses into improvisation tasks and games - challenging ourselves, and the delicate balance of play and rules. Improvisation is an excellent tool to get to know ourselves and a vital part of our self studies. We will continue the class with phrase work and dive into the details of the phrase, the qualities, and the demands of a changing state.
