In 2025, Dance Reflections by Van Cleef & Arpels is supporting the Watermill Center for the 2025 Dance Reflections Fellowship awarded to Cassiel Gaube.

Cassiel Gaube’s work explores the intersection of various kinesthetic and choreographic practices, notably developing pieces around his experience of house dance.
In his solo Farmer Train Swirl – Etude and Soirée d’études , he delves into the kinesthetic possibilities of his dance style. Through his theoretical project ftwrk, he is developing a system for notating the body’s weight transfers. In parallel, he collaborates with Anne Teresa De Keersmaeker, particularly on West Side Story (2019) and Dark Red – Neue Nationalgalerie (2022), which they co-sign and perform together in Berlin. In 2022, he also created a solo for the Lyon Opera Ballet. A graduate of P.A.R.T.S (Brussels) and a student at the Juste Debout School (Paris), he has been an associate artist at La Ménagerie de Verre (2019) and a resident at CN D Paris (2021).
