SUPPORTING PLAYERS OF CONTEMPORARY DANCE
To promote the choreographic arts around the world, Dance Reflections supports artistic projects through the various phases in the life of a work.
This support is directed to choreographic artists and institutions, such as theaters, multidisciplinary festivals and dance companies. Encouraging the creation of new productions as well as the promotion of repertory works, it also helps supply artist residencies, training courses and workshops open to both professional and amateur dancers.
The initiative is further enhanced by a network of partners in 15 countries, helping to bring these pieces to the international stage.
ARCHITECT OF INTERNATIONAL EVENTS
With this extensive network in place, the program organizes events in different countries each year. These are presented in collaboration with partner institutions.
The Dance Reflections by Van Cleef & Arpels Festivals give a wide audience the opportunity to discover a selection of major works from the contemporary repertoire, as well as new creations.
Artists stage their works in a range of venues, including performance halls, exhibition galleries and public spaces, revealing the many facets of the choreographic arts.
To raise awareness of the history and culture of this universe, these events also feature film screenings retracing the history of dance, artist-led forums and dance workshops open to all, professionals and amateurs alike.
