Observing the nature of the encounters in the studio between Véronique Weil and Deborah Lary, with whom Myriam Gourfink has been collaborating since 2005, inspired her to study for the first time the classical duet form. Their presences beside each other create a possibility of a state of togetherness: a sisterhood that the choreographer enhances to render it visible. For her, ARCHE was an opportunity to question the capacity of the dancing body to produce an involuntary dramaturgy: how does a choreographic score, made up of abstract head movements, create meaning for the viewer?

Kasper T. Toeplitz composed a multitimbral polyphony, which he performs on electric bass with computer augmentation. The musical space, turned electronic, opens up to the perception of frequencies that pass through us and awaken our inner consciousness.
