In 2025, Dance Reflections by Van Cleef & Arpels is supporting Royal Ballet and Opera for the presentation of OSIPOVA/LINBURY program performed by Natalia Osipova.

Royal Ballet Principal dancer Natalia Osipova is regarded as one of the world’s leading performers, dazzling audiences across the globe with her artistry, dramatic intensity and formidable ballet technique. The Royal Ballet presents a special programme with Osipova in the intimate setting of the Linbury Theatre, following its sell-out success last Season.

The programme includes the return of The Exhibition by Jo Strømgren, specially comissioned for the previous run of Osipova/Linbury, where two people with nothing in common accidentally meet in a gallery. What ensues is depiction of human vulnerability and raw emotion, combined with moments of witty humour. Osipova will perform this duet with guest dancer Christopher Akrill. Also returning is the evocative film of Frederick Ashton’s Five Brahms Waltzes in the Manner of Isadora Duncan.

New to the 2025 programme is Akram Khan’s Mud of Sorrow, a duet from Khan’s acclaimed collaboration with Sylvie Guillem, Sacred Monsters, which Osipova and Khan performed together in 2021 as part of Sadler’s Wells and BBC Arts Dance Nation. The evening also features a revised version of Alexei Ratmansky’s 1998 Middle Duet, set to a new score by Philip Feeney. Osipova will perform both duets with guest dancer Patricio Revé.
