My Fierce Ignorant step Repertory
With Christos Papadopoulos' dance company
In 2027, Dance Reflections by Van Cleef & Arpels™ and Sydney Festival present in collaboration the workshop My Fierce Ignorant Step: Repertory taught by Ioanna Parskevopoulou from Christos Papadopoulos' company, as part of the Festival in Sydney.
During this workshop, participants will dive directly into the movement qualities and choreographic language of Christos Papadopoulos. Through learning selected sequences from My fierce ignorant step, they will explore the details, dynamics and subtleties that shape the work. They will take time to deepen the understanding of the material, focusing on precision, movement qualities and each dancer’s personal way of interpreting and embodying the choreography.
