In 2024, Dance Reflections by Van Cleef & Arpels is supporting the creation and the presentation of choreographer Katerina Andreou’s latest work, Bless This Mess as part of the Festival La Bâtie and the Festival d'Automne à Paris.

For her first group piece, the artist, dancer, choreographer and musician Katerina Andreou draws from what she calls "constant noise" – a psychological and emotional state generated by a society in which instability and doubt are omnipresent.
In an attempt to find serenity to garner the strength she deems necessary to resist, the choreographer poses the question: How can confusion become a tool, even a strategy of creation?
Bless This Mess creates effervescent space and fosters an irresistible desire to move with others. In this piece, Katerina Andreou seeks to put choreographic and sonic work in a necessary context while leaving room for the absurd and playfulness – a way to create places of relief and joy.
