Rooted in contemporary culture, the festival highlights the creative and experimental power of artists. The event upholds the values of inclusivity, diversity, accessibility to art and respect for the environment. By promoting locality as well as translocality, the SPAF wishes to offer its public a place of solidarity and cooperation through a global perspective.
