In 2021, Dance Reflections by Van Cleef & Arpels is supporting the project Trisha Brown X 100, initiated by the Conservatoire National Supérieur de Musique et de Danse de Paris and developed in collaboration with the Festival d’Automne à Paris and La Villette. .
The Conservatoire National Supérieur de Musique et de Danse de Paris is the premier French public body active in the transmission of the musical and choreographic arts. Students also receive high-quality instruction in academic disciplines including musicology and choreology, as well as technical training, particularly for associated occupations such as sound design.
The Choreographic Studies Department trains top-tier professional dancers destined for careers with troupes of international caliber. Its ambitious pedagogical structure harmonizes two key higher education curricula for dancers – classic and modern – as well as a one-of-a-kind training program in movement notation (kinetography).
Drawing from a tradition of excellence and innovative teaching, as well as input from the top choreographers of our time, the Conservatoire spurs creation and imparts to students an exceptional choreographic repertoire.
